Simply Sweet brownies and package
Sabato abbiamo introdotto quattro versioni dei nostri Brownie: Sweet Surpise (Una Dolce Sorpresa), Nutty Sweet ( Dolce di Nocciola ), Simply Sweet (Semplicemente Dolce) e Espresso Sweet ( Dolce di Caffé). Tutti gli 80 Brownies che avevamo preparato sono stati mangiati in meno di 15 minuti.

On Saturday, we introduced four versions of our brownies: Sweet Surprise, Nutty Sweet, Simply Sweet, and Espresso Sweet. All 80 brownies were eaten within 15 minutes!!
We had 3 buyers of our packaged brownies as well!! THANKS!

Red velvet cupcakes
On a crisp winter’s day amongst the hustle and bustle of central Rome, two girlfriends met up for a coffee in a beautiful piazza. Whilst drinking hot chocolate under the sparkling Christmas lights, they started to talk about how fabulous it would be to start their own business. But what could they do?
As they had both made delectable brownies that were very well received by Italian friends and family, an idea was born… why not start baking gourmet brownies, cupcakes and cookies? Their shared passion for baking soon became obvious. Ideas were drawn onto a paper tablecloth while they enjoyed a bottle of red wine and aperitivi. Soon, three-quarters of the table was covered in words, phrases and sketches as their brainstorming came to life!
So… sweetCaKes was created with the catchphrase: How sweet are you? 😉
The girls will be doing a trial-run and taste test this weekend… stay tuned to see how it goes!
